I m big fan hariwansh rai bacchan. I would alike to salute our learned poet Harivansh Rai Bacchan Ji for his noble contribution to hindi poetry and contributing an amazing intellectual feast for the society.
Also, I would like to thank you very much for sharing such an inspirational piece of hindi literature. I am a software Engg now and around 12 years back ho had this poem in my syllabus and this poem had left some impact somewhere in the core of my heart that after so many years i again had the desire to read it.
I first read this in my brothers hindi course book when he was in class IV …. I was really looking 4 this piece…thanx a lot again. This is a timeless poem. At any point of time in ones life,these lines will be significant. I am feeling really low today. I remembered this and found it on this blog. For uo long period he could not over come and after a long pause he managed to recover from this jolt and again started writing poems. I would also add that a music director from rajasthan Mr. Ram Lal Mathur composed this song also for a famous music director Jaidev.
It helps to escape from past and aspires to live in the precious present. Our motherland will always remember you Dr. Bacchan for your incredible writings……. But today is the first time i read it all. There are no words for this masterpiece. I love this poem as it touches the core of my heart and teaches that faliures are not the end but just a begining. This is thinking of a person who has lost a gai of things in his life but yet he has hope to get everything of world forever.
